As an example, if you copied the movie Bambi and then released it yourself, you would get sued because, even if you drew every frame yourself and didn’t use the movie’s frames, you still made a near exact copy, which infringes upon the owner’s copyright. This sort of thing is also not only illegal, but morally wrong as well.

Fan games are not illegal. What you have made isn’t a fan game, but an attempted exact replica.

Just because you coded and made the assets and textures, doesn’t mean it is right to post it. This game is clearly intended to be KARLSON so if we look at this at a money standpoint, this would hurt the profits that Dani would make when he releases the game. It’s like if there’s a movie in development that’s going to cost around $60 and someone releases a copy of it for free. There would be no incentive to watch the actual movie for the $60 if they could watch it for free. Your game needed to be banned which it was but even then you release the source code. It’s if the free movie got banned, so he sent everyone a download link for the movie. It doesn’t change anything. You’re still hurting Dani’s future profits.
