MEOVV - ‘TOXIC’ M/V REACTION

This is what I meant when I said I wanted to hear a song that was more vocal oriented! They really answered my wish with this comeback and while it's not entirely rnb (my favorite genre, iykyk), it already checks so many of my boxes! This isn't a track where I have to question myself whether I enjoy it or not, nor do I have to check if it will grow on my or not, because it's not even a question here: I really enjoyed this, and I even find the song to grow in power the more you listen to it. Their voices are gorgeous on this track, and I would love nothing more than to hear them on an even more rnb song, hopefully in the future. The MV was also super pretty. The style and overall vibes reminded me a bit of ToveLo and 'either way'' by IVE. Really, I was hoping to hear more of their beautiful color tones, and they gave me just that with 'Toxic'! I'm overall super satisfied with this comeback of theirs!

This song has the same element as flume's bever be like you. Both have interesting take on the alternative rnb & electropop. I actually kinda like it & I think I'm finally warming up with the song. Narin's take on her vocal control despite being stylistic is a good choice especially in this kimd of genre. I'm hoping to hear more vocal centric songs from MEOVV because Body & Toxic isn't enough.
