This is why I love WWII toy photography! With the right lens, effects and angle you can make your photos and toys look like something from the time period.

When you look at it in detail you can see that they're action figures in the first image. But when I first saw it, I was convinced it was real!

You should do a showcase of famous but possibly fake WWII photos (staged, figurines, shot from a movie, etc.)

Hey! could you explain the theory that Military Police in higgins boats going to e.g. omaha beach was to kill people who will not want to go to the beach out of fear? not to inhibit the rest of the crew? This seems like an obvious hoax to me, but it would be cool if you could make a video about it.

that's awesome, i knew it was a fake but i didn't know it was action figures i may have forgotten the details but it's awesome how well mark did with that photo im going to be looking at some more of his stuff now though

I’m pretty sure this photo is recreating an actual photo tho. I’m almost positive I’ve seen the picture in books with both guys named
