It is Here | Bangalore - Dharwad Vande Bharat First Trial Run | Indian Railways

The 8-car BabyVB (instead of the proper 16-car rake for obvious reasons) for the Bangalore-Dharwad service is finally here, and it ventured out on its first ever trial run on this section today, with the overall trial limited to Bangalore - Arsikere section. The turnaround time at Arsikere was quick, which meant I could get both the up and down trials within an hour.

With the official launch coming in a few days, only time will tell if people will prefer this expensive alternative to the current king of the Hubli line - the popular Bangalore-Hubli Jan Shatabdi Express.
