OH NO, Obeka's Back! Time to rebuild Spite Incarnate!

Really like new Eriette. Previously you just wanted to pillowfort and use harmful enchants, since if she dies after you've buffed your opponent's creature with an aura, you're suddenly super vulnerable. New Eriette wants to use big expensive enchants to take control of targets, and since you can run buffing auras without worrying about them coming back to bite you after Eriette dies, you can do a lot more self buffing too. Really cool commander

I think you mean lesser or equal mana value on eriette. I think if a small pacify aura stealing their big creature would be a lot. So the aura has to match or overwhelm the permanent in MV

The problem with Eriette is you're not actually stealing anything that large. If you want to steal anything with 4+ CMC, most of your options either already steal permanents (which, while not bad, doesn’t make use of her ability), are Curses (which don't target permanents), or give a very severe debuff (at which point you're better off just using All That Glitters on a token or something)

I'm already making a Riku list as spoilers keep coming out. Super sad that he only works with modal spells and not modal effects, because that basically limits him to being a specific brand of instant/sorcery spellslinger deck as every modal creature only gets those effects when on the board.
