Just started running the nexus 250 at new job been on mills for 12 years so never thought I be on a lathe but this is def helping since we have no training only guy that ran it for 20 years had to leave so its me and this younger guy trying and getting this figured out never used this conversational mazak programming but it def makes parts programmed my first part other day wish I would of seen the threading one my threads was coming out with chatter maybe should of split the lead in half don't think did that

I am just learning mazak. Was wondering if you have instructions on how to calculate angles. Such as a chamfer that goes from a 45 degree to a 20 degree for and then a 5 degree. Programers at my shop use this as a wau of deburing the part. Please could use your help. Your other videos have been extremely helpful. Thank you.
