There’s this guy I’ve seen on YouTube… His mom dealt with a squatter, so he squatted the squatter (is that the right terminology 😅). Anyways he was able to get his mom‘s house back for her, and now he helps other people do the same thing. Sounds like this couple could use his help!

From what I saw in another video.

The way to get them out is to make an actual lease agreement with a friend/family member. Have them move in when the other people are out. Empty the entire house and change the locks.

Then when the squatters show back up trying to get in have the person you're now renting the property to call the police. They will show the police the actual lease and since squatters can't provide an record of living their will be forced to leave.
