Hi my mate and I have stayed in this hotel about four times going back again in February 22. I'm from Port Glasgow my mate from Greenock. We would certainly recommend this hotel. We love it and the food is good. And in a nice location too. First went there in 2008 and my mate has been going since before that with family etc. Never had any problems with it. That bar you were in briefly was the piano bar. They do on nights have some music in there. But there is actually a family entertainment room which is downstairs. Accessed by the lift or stairs that where to the right as you walked out the doors. Down there you will get all the night time cabaret acts such as magicians and tribute acts and stuff at night.

Kevin, alannah and I just had a week at this hotel end oct 22, good value, huge hotel, excellent pools including 3 on the top tier which get the sun all day.
Clean, excellent food and selection. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming plus will go out their way to help. Would recommend it for sure.

There's a smashing wee brunch cafe about 100m down the road called sisters cafe worth trying and loved walking down fanabe beach area.

We were there at New Year 2018 into 2019. Had a great holiday and hotel is nice. Food was excellent but you want a higher floor bedroom. We were in ground floor facing pool and it was too dark and was set slightly below ground level.

Best jacaranda is it good hotel staff are very friendly the entertainments good food and drink is also good and it's a reasonably priced hotel at the same time.
