I am currently testing as many of these solutions as possible before settling on one or a couple that I think suit my use case best. Watch this space for a lot of wasted (but hopefully productive) might make that into a t-shirt!

I pair my Homepage instance with the Firefox plugin "New Tab Override", so it shows on each new tab instead of the browser default stuff.

How did you manage to get calendar working? I tried multiple times with widgets and services file with no luck. As there goes for plain text credentials you can point them outside to .env file.

Do you run your Portainer via a VM or a LXC container?

Seems like you can't connect the docker stats in your pi-hosted config. Tried to make my own host file and it really didn't like that!
