30-min FULL BODY & ABS Strength Workout with Dumbbells

This full-body workout is going to increase your overall lean muscle! This is a more traditional style strength workout because we will focus on lifting heavy, but the intensity will be increased because of our short rest duration! We will work through 11 compound exercises repeated twice to target the upper and lower body. We will then complete an abs round with 5 exercises!

Aim to lift heavy during this workout to really maximize strength gains! Heavy will be relative to you and the exercises we are doing. Optional equipment will be your exercise box/bench or an elevated sturdy surface. However, if you don't have this I will have a modification on screen for you to follow!

30-MINUTE FULL BODY & ABS STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15bs to 25lbs / 6.8kg to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy!

This training was 🔥Oh my! I was sweating in the first round and it only got better! For anyone who is wondering, being pregnant does not affect the challenge or intensity of her workouts! She is one strong mama! Wish I would have worked out like this with my babies!

So excited when I saw this exercise for this morning! 💪🏼 I really like how the sets/reps are done. Had to use staggered position for a few. I wish I could’ve seen a side view for the Bulgarian split squat. I felt like I was doing it wrong 🤔 pushups are always hard for me but I gave it my all. And love doing the planks too. Just overall feel like my body is getting stronger. Thank you so much Kaleigh 💙💛

Great workout.. can you do a complete workout a bit longer that would include a second set of abs as well as a cool down? Option for people to stop if they don’t want the cool down but I like the flow of it all in one video ❤

Yesterday I was tired and feeling like a poopsicle. Do I work out, don't I? Then my husband said, "What would Kaleigh say?" I got up, rolled out my mat, got out my heavy dumbells, and turned on this workout. I felt better and I am thankful that you came into my life. You are an inspiration! 🤗❤
