Enough money was left for us after the independence. Moreover he wanted the US to help him build Akosombo dam but they restrained themselves and he opted for Russia and they helped.

He is well educated in Far West Asia. He has a scapegoat for all his neo-colonial participation. He "created the wealth" from "all the factories" that his generation built. Where did the money to build the factories come from? The World Bank? The IMF? The Lloyd's of London? Bank of England? Bank of France? Where?
