For the record, this marriage is actually a good thing, not just in terms of romance, but politically as well. It solves Vallas succession crisis. Since Corrin is the son of Anankos, who was the King of Valla, he was technically the crown prince and heir to the throne. But Anankos usurped the throne from the original Vallite King and Queen, who were Azuras parents. So most Vallites would've thought of Azura as their ruler, not Corrin, even if he was a member of the Vallite royal family because he was the son of Mikoto, the younger sister of the Queen Arete. Also, the fact he's Anankos' son probably wouldn't have sat well with the survivors of Valla. This could've thrown the country into Civil War! Marrying each other, however, solved this problem, because they themselves became King and Queen of Valla, with Azura giving up her right to the throne in preference for Corrin, yet becoming Queen-Regent in the case anything happened to him. That would've satisfied the Vallites. This has actually happened quite a few times in history, so it's not surprising.

For some reason, I wouldn't be surprised if in the last conversation Azura actually knew all along that Corrin was hiding in the bushes, considering how easily she forgives him...

i find this support version of Azura love confession to be the most sweetest compared to her conquest or birthright versions.

I love pairing the Royals with each other in Revelation, It's just so satisfying and tearjerking (in a good way) seeing them go from two Royal Families at each other's throats at the beginning to One Great Big Royal Family by the end! Nothing tops that in my book!

Good news azura and corrin being cousins has been debunked via an official fates art book. So the mikoto and aretete being sisters was a translation error.
