Je mets une étoile car il n'est pas possible de mettre 0. Une bretelle de mon sac Samsonite casse au bout de quelques mois. Aucune réponse du support : le lien ne fonctionne pas. La boutique Samsonite Capucine rouvre le 1er juillet sans aucune information sur son répondeur, ni sur son site Internet, ni sur son descriptif Google. La garantie SAMSONITE ne s'applique que dans la boutique où le sac est acheté. Mon cordonnier a regardé la bretelle : il ne peut rien faire car elle n'était pas attachée à l'armature du sac, ce qui explique la fragilité mais est très étonnant sur la qualité vu le niveau de prix. Bom dia,
Tenho uma mala de viagem da marca Samsonite, e apresenta um desgaste prematuro em uma das 4 roda.
Estive em loja da marca, e fui informado de que não há disponibilidade da peça.
Acontece que o produto é novo, tem pouco uso e está muito bem conservada.
Como ainda está em garantia do fornecedor, e esta garantia é mundial, e também por tratar-se de um desgaste anormal, uma vez que ocorreu em apenas 1 das 4 rodas, venho solicitar a troca da roda com problemas.
Aguardo resposta da empresa desde Dez/2017, pois esta mensagem fora enviada por e mail ao apoio cliente, samsonite pt.
