When i turn on the camera, everything shows, inckuding setting and photos taken before, however; whenever I try to take another photo it says "low light" even when im in a well lit room. Any fixes?

The three bars on the battery are full but the other bar on top is red not blue like yours and it randomly said low battery after use. What does that mean?
