EUA Webinar - Covid-19 and internal quality assurance: lessons learnt and what’s to come

The main responsibility for quality and quality assurance lies with higher education institutions. Thus, the sudden shift in the mode of operations caused by the Covid-19 crisis has raised questions around the effectiveness, relevance and flexibility of internal quality assurance arrangements.

This webinar discussed how internal quality assurance has responded to the changes and what has been done to support university communities in addressing key challenges during the past year. It also focused on what lies ahead for internal quality assurance. Notably, the webinar highlighted the key findings of the recent EUA report on “Internal Quality Assurance in times of Covid-19”.
