Thank you for posting this! I have spent almost 15 years of my life hating my curly hair and recently discovered Lush and finally took the plunge recently and bought into their haircare products. Now I love my hair! It may sound like a very trivial superficial thing in comparison to other people's problems, but my hair was always something I felt insecure about and wearing it down and not-straightened was not something I ever did. Now I need to get my hands on a diffuser and I'll be all set!

I know this is ages old, but I'm in my early 30s and after YEARS of straightening my hair to death every day, I've decided to embrace the curls (and when I think of good curls, I obviously think Carrie, so here I am) I'm totally foreign to anything but straighteners and smoothing serums, but my first diffuser and a bottle of mousse is on the way. Thanks for this and wish me luck!

you're the only curly haired person I know who uses a brush. I avoid them because my mom never knew how to deal with my hair since not one person on her side of the family had curly hair. She would brush it (while it was dry) and braid it until I was about 11. Then I did some research and started doing my own hair. I think I'll try the brush and mousse thing when it's wet though cause I have a problem evenly distributing product into my hair.

I did this too I cut my hair and donated it to the little princess trust!!! I also raised £667 for children in need!

This literally helped so much. The 'underneath' of my hair is exactly like yours but the 'top layer' always ends up looking like a frizzy, hardly-curly mess of ew-ness (yes that's definitely a word). Absolutely know what I need to do now, so thank you very very much! (This is where the big sister label really comes in, this kind of advice is what I need!)

Was shocked (but happy) to see so much Lush in this! <3. Love Daddyoh - just don't leave it in too long as it can stain your hair pink! (If you leave it in a very VERY long time).

Carrie! I literally cannot thank you enough for making this video, as I have been struggling with curly hair since I was about 5 years old. Before this, I had to ask my mum (I'm only 16) to buy a variety of different shampoos, conditioners and even frizz-ease brushes (what???) but now, I feel completely free in the fact that I don't have to spend a very stupid amount of time on my hair in the morning. THANK YOU!!! 😆😘

From one curly haired woman to another, Lush's RnB is the bomb. Or any other hair moisturiser for that fact. Means you don't have to put mousse in your hair which can dry it out. It could replace your John Frieda product as well :)

Hey, Carrie! I got my hair permed in September last year and used pictures of you as examples of what I wanted! Now I just got a defuser for my birthday (the 21st of this month!) and I'm LOVING it so far! I wouldn't have asked for it if I hadn't watched your older videos!
