Dylan really put his Heart into Ballad in Plain D. "the words to say I'm sorry I haven't found yet" is about regret. Perhaps he could have handled things better. We will never know. Great song never the less.

Love Dylan love song to and he takes part of the blame says he hasn't sorry when he wrote it very hurt and honest

It's just another great Dylan songs, with great lines and great melody. Very memorable... Like all his stuff from the 60s. duh!
