FB or Metashi# is just absolute garbage. Just the fact that they're so arrogant and socially inrresponsible to think they can grow to a 'Metaverse' before they even figure out how to handle the FB platform itself. What baffles me, is that they're one of the worlds largest companies, and they don't even have a customer service or any accountability to their users. I've been neglecting by business page for because their platform isn't user friendly and doesn't allow me to just add a video and a picture to a post i'm trying to create. If i compose a new post, select a photo and a video from my camera roll at the same time, it gives me an error message that states I cannot add a photo and a video at the same time.. IN THE WIDE WORLD OF WHAT THE IS THIS AN ISSUE? My brain is exploding just trying to understand why that's actually a thing. Do they actually think it wouldn't be helpful to do so? Ummm... That's not real intuitive. So because there is no customer service or tech support or anything with Facebook, I used their Help section. I copied and pasted the error message that they provided into the FB's search... and guess what? No information regarding that error message or addressing that problem. Anyways... Stop supporting this company any way you can... If you don't need them, don't use them. And until they can run their company like any responsibly and with customer centric vision, make your purchases elsewhere. Amazon. I love Amazon... They have one of the best customer services and they're always accountable. F FB.
