second i have a question please:
if there is 1.42M outstanding
and 1.40M float
it is mean that 1.42M held by insiders and ins` and for the public there only 200, 000 stock for trading or i not understand ?

Hi, i also have a question. How come PINS ipo's offered shares and outstanding shares number is the same?
So Pins shares offered are 75 000 000, and shares outstanding are also 75 000 000, when this stock is still under lock up period!?

The lower the float it moves faster the higher it is it goes slower.

i don't understand this video. you showed ABIO as an example of a low float stock. but the shares outstanding is 1.42m and the float is 1.40, which, according to what you said, means that basically all (99%+) of the shares are available to the public. not understanding at all.
