Following Seas

Leisurely return over Gray's Harbor bar in favorable conditions; no wind, minimal wind waves, easy swell, minor current, ebb slack to slight incoming tide and clear visibility. My fish net in relation to the horizon and engine RPM are best indicators of boat attitude, angle and load changes during the crossing. Heading is E along Green Buoy Line, quartering NW swell on port, past buoy #7 to Slop Hole with buoy #8 appearing off starboard @ 7:10. Boat is a 21' Arima Sea Ranger.
