It’s actually really easy how she did it; she has some type of clear tape or plastic on the front of the screen that is guiding the clothe as she pulls it. The clothe is folding over top itself and traveling under the bottom of the screen as it is being covered by the rest of the clothe. It is fast, but you can sort of catch it as it is finishing that is traveling underneath the phone. Just slight of hand.
Now how she got the clothe into the balloon; f*ck if I know… magic?
