Ingredients:
•10 slices of bacon
•16 ounces of pork sausage
•5 eggs
•¼ cup heavy cream
•1 cup warm water
•1 tablespoon yeast
•1 tablespoon sugar
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•3 cups all purpose flour
•2 tablespoons (¼ stick) unsalted butter
•2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
•Preheat an oven to 450 degrees.
•Lay the slices of bacon across 1 or more baking pans and cook in a 450 degree oven for 17 minutes, or until crispy.
•Move the cooked bacon to paper towels to soak up the excess grease and cool.
•Heat up a sauce pan over medium heat.
•Once the pan is hot, break up and cook the pork sausage in the pan for 5 minutes, or until all of the pork is brown.
•While the pork is cooking whisk together in a bowl the eggs and heavy cream.
•Once the sausage is done cooking, scoop it out of the pan and into a separate bowl to cool. Do not pour it out. The melted fat from the sausage will be used for the eggs.
•In the same pan the sausage was in and over the same heat, cook the eggs. Be sure to continue moving the eggs around so that they do not burn.
•Once the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and move the eggs to a new, unused bowl to cool.
•In the bowl of a stand mixer, pour in the warm water, yeast and sugar.
•Let sit for 5 minutes or until the yeast starts to bubble.
•Using a stand mixer with the dough attachment, mix together on high the yeast, salt, vegetable oil and all purpose flour for about 6 minutes.
•Remove the mixing bowl from the mixer and cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
•Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
•Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
•Melt the butter.
•Spray a flat surface with cooking spray.
•Roll out the dough into a rectangle on the sprayed surface.
•Brush just enough of the melted butter on top of the rolled dough to make it wet.
•Spread the scrambled eggs evenly across the dough.
•Spread 1 ½ cups shredded cheese evenly over the eggs.
•Crumble up the cooked bacon and sprinkle it over the eggs and cheese.
•Crumble up the cooked sausage and sprinkle it over the bacon, eggs and cheese.
•Roll up the long side of the dough rectangle.
•Cut the roll in to 1 ½ wide sections and place each section on the parchment lined baking sheet.
•Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
•Sprinkle the last ½ cup of shredded cheese over the rolls.
•Bake in a 400 degree oven for another 2-3 minutes.
