I had some delayed loyalty credits for purchase of my second Tesla but couldn’t see how to access them and make them the default for supercharging and shop purchases until watching your video. I tried to purchase a new Tesla using my credit in the app, but when it comes to the downpayment i cannot select my credits? Is this only possible in the US? Because items in the shop do work with my credits.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me in Toronto, Canada. I could only redeem credits using the Tesla app.
I was able to get a wall charger. I had enough remaining credits to get 3 t-shirts but most of those were sold out. The app doesn't have the variety of the Tesla Shop website, and the website said I had zero credits.
I am obviously still happy with the charger. So, no complaints.
