I'm enjoying these shorts, and pleased that there are so many Quo songs to allow you to continue for some time to come! Under the Influence seems to be a much underrated album even amongst Quo fans. It was undoubtedly the real renaissance album for the band and one that I listen to far more than Heavy Traffic.

I really enjoyed the Under the Influence album when it came out and Making Waves is definitely one of a few excellent tracks on the album.

Personally Making Waves was another single opportunity, a bit like Round and Round from the same album, at least two songs we're in my opinion missed single opportunities. But then Blessed are the meek was another, so maybe the album could have been an album of hits. I think by the time Under the influence came out Quo's single selling power had illuded them sadly.

Great reaction again though. Looking forward to next Quo's Wednesday
