How would you describe how your core feels after having a c section?

Thank you for easing into it. :) I had a c section a year ago and it’s crazy trying to exercise with a toddler. I have thyroid and ear issues so walking is all I’ve been doing .thanks for doing calm, chair work. :)

I had 2 c-sections and I wish someone would have told me how important it is to breathe properly!! Plus, after the second baby I've also got DR. Now I'm currently pregnant with 3rd baby boy, 24 weeks. Probably I will have another c-section, but either way it is helpful to follow your guidance. 🙏 This exercises are so peaceful, they look like a meditation - i like that.

Oh! And your hair looks amazing!! Like a natural wild 😻😻😻

I’m 8 weeks post c section. I feel like I can do light weights already but my core feels non existent and have a bad over hang. Will the over hang ever go away?

Hmm my core after c section is very week and part above scar is I don't feel it like I used to, I think some skin nerves are damaged or something like that. I find this sitting exercises are more challenging than in lie down position, but I still tried it anyway. Thank you.
