I find it hilarious that in the cutscene where you escape, figure looks down at the elevator while it's going down as if it has eyes.

The purple dupe is named Subspace Tripmine. The reason why his room is pink and the door turns pink is because it’s an actual items that instantly kills. This item turns invisible once you place it down. If someone steps on the item, they die immediately and the surrounding parts turn purple.

❗️❗️❗️For anyone that’s confused why there are 2 Figures one outside and one above the elevator shaft is that the one outside is the animation for Figure beating on the elevator and the one above the elevator is the end cutscene where he jumps onto the elevator but the Figure that jumps out the window gets put somewhere in the studio explorer such as ServerStorage and gets put back in when you complete the fuses!

Fun fact: The subspace tripmine (super hard mode dupe) doesn't actually install kill you you can only survive if you have max shields and max H.P but you'll have 1 H.P left so your practically done for

I have found out that the tripmine doesn’t actually insta kill (im not sure maybe it was pure luck or something) but instead does around 150-175 damage as i have survived him many times before

Also the thing that replaces Dupe isn't exactly an entity but an Item. It's called a Sub Space TripMine. That why everything turned bright pink
