I am going to be doing intermittent fasting again! I did it last year and lost 30 pounds, but then I fell off the wagon. I have probably gained about 10 pounds back. My goal is losing 50 pounds!

Our individual pops are $2.49! 6 packs 6.99! I have to travel to the Kroger in Durango Co. The 4 corners where we have mountain passes on all sides to deliver our goods. Walmart..both their Kroger and Walmart were ALL out of eggs last week. Not a single egg in town!
