Levoit Air Purifier - How To Turn Off Red Check Filter Light

In this video I show you how to turn off the check filter indicator red light on the Levoit Pet Air Purifier. The check filter indicator red light comes on to remind you to check and/or replace the filter. The User's Manual says the check indicator red light will come on based on how often you use the air purifier. I show you how to turn the red light off and also how to reset the check filter indicator. Tip… if this doesn’t work for you press and hold the moon icon for three seconds. I have the 200S and was very frustrated when this video didn’t help (which is not Todd’s fault) but turns out after contacting Levoit I just needed to hit the moon. 😂

I'm glad you made this video, i just changed the filter and i was about to be real mad if the light wouldnt turn off.

This basically also told me how to turn off the YELLOW filter indicator on a DIFFERENT Levoit Air Purifier model (not the Pet version). I had washed a filter (or pre-filter?) and let it dry, and put the filter(s) back into the purifier, and turned it on, and the yellow light was still on. So I watched this video, fiddled with this and that, and finally pressed the light for 3 seconds. Voila, the light stayed off and my purifier is going full blast. Now I'm going back to bed and will hopefully get some good sleep before breakfast, and have fresher air by then. Thank you for the video!
