Getting into the correct launch position (right after loading and striding) is key to a good starting point to producing the power you want. For me, my weight distribution is about 70/30 (70% on back side, 30% on front) or 60/40 with my hands about right above my back foot.

Band = Tanner Tees 10lb green band.
