Today it is bartering time! To barter, we need gold. To get gold, we need farm! In this episode we try out an experimental easy gold farm design I came up with! Then we trade.

You can slay some striders for string, then craft yourself a warped fungus on a stick for transportation.

Wow!!! Nether-only survival is HARD! The fact that it's a mission to get a single hopper is crazy. I'm used to grabbing stacks of iron ingots that just keep magically appearing in a chest in my house (delivered by underground hoppers from my farm) and an unlimited automatic food supply too and unlimited wood (with some easy work). That's all overworld stuff. I come to the nether only for my gold farm. If I had to REMAIN in the nether like you are in this series, I wouldn't do so well.

you could start using the gold swords for your weapon instead of the stone ones to save on Blackstone. also if you get enough iron you can automate the collection of the zombie-piglen loot with some hopper-minecarts. you could also lure some piglins in to the safe room so you can trade with them while you grind. Also you could just take over the bastion remnants as your base or mine all its blocks so you have them.

Hey wattles if i remember correctly you can smelt the damaged gold swords from the zombie piglin farm and it’ll give you a gold nuggets.

A little tip, this will go about 3 and a half years faster if you use drowned instead of zombie pigmen. Besides, the chances of a drowned dropping a trident has been reduced by

Make sure to slab the entire safe room to prevent zombified piglin spawns. Gold hype!
