Ingredients:
1 sheet ready roll puff pastry
Egg wash (1 small egg + 1tsp milk)
Sugar for sprinkling
250ml double cream
30g icing sugar
Nutella
Strawberries

1) Preheat your oven to 200°C/ Gas Mark 6/ 180°C (fan).

2) Line a baking tray with baking paper.

3) Cut hearts out of the puff pastry sheet and remove the excess, then transfer them to your baking tray.

4) Brush them with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

5) Bake for 8 minutes until puffed and golden.

6) Slice them in half.

7) Whisk the double cream and icing sugar to stiff peaks in a large bowl.

8) Pipe nutella over the base of the pastries.

9) Pipe the whipped cream mix on top of the Nutella.

10) Slice the strawberries and place them on top.

11) Place the lids on top and dust with icing sugar.

12) Enjoy!

I made this and it was amazing, I’d say put a bit more icing sugar in the cream but it was so delicious definitely recommended if you have an afternoon tea or even just wanna bake something good. ❤
