I know how you feel Theresa get the bedroom back to normal and then they say hey my tenancy with my 5 friends has run out can I come home for 6 months years later still here!!! but the kids today cant afford to rent on there own so trying to sort it - no hugs though!!!

LOL. When you move out of your parents house, you have moved out. Sleeping on the sofa there is nothing wrong with.I do that when I visit my mothers apt.She sould her house when I was over 20 and then she bought a 1 bedroom.Should she have bought a 2 bedroom with room for a bed and me ? I do not think so. Sofa is fine or a motel room if I like that better.
