Drone Examines Staten Island's Eerie Ship Graveyard

Drone footage captured the marshy New York maritime scrapyard known as the Staten Island boat graveyard on February 26.

This footage, by Michael Busch, shows decaying ships partially submerged on the West Shore of Staten Island in New York City.

According to the Roosevelt Island Historical Society, the shipyard was established in the 1930s and has been the final resting place for more than 200 vessels.
