I believe the update must be made every 3 hours ung 6 hours matagal na un. The people must be informed the soonest possible time. The 6 hour period madame ng pwede mangyari nyan

Katakot langit wlang hangin knina pa umaga dito sa cavite😢. Same as yolanda ung naranasan namin sobrang tahimik pero di cguro masyado kc sa yolanda masyado mainit bago bagyo unlike kay cristine malamig naman wla lang hangin at ulan bago drting😢.
