How to trigger a video based on some action? Suppose I have an object detection script running, how do I define a trigger when an object of a certain size (in frame) is detected, and save a 2 minute video starting from the last 30 seconds?

Sir, I have installed 64 bit OS in Raspberry pi 3b+ and camera is OV5647 . already I have installed ffmpeg, libcamera. Now I'm trying to real time video streaming to RTMP server, can you help me how to do this ?

How would one stream a usb connected camera from the raspberry pi to another pc, which is not on the same network.
i want to build a setup for IRL streaming and there are many people showcasing that they are doing it, but no one actually showcases how to do it and the ffmpeg commands are especially a big mountain to get over for me.

the desired outcome would to be able to start the stream from the raspberry pi and then have the home pc recieve the live footage, so the home pc can have it implemented into OBS setup and stream to youtube or twitch from there.

i have a small monitor for the pi, i have portable internet for the pi, i have a wireless keyboard for the pi, but i can't get the ffmpeg commands to actually send a live camera footage, i keep getting errors and really can't understand what is wrong since i have little knowledge with it.
mainly been using ffmpeg to cut up videos into images, so i would consider my self a complete noob.

How about doing a video on timelapse on the raspberry pi by doing jpegs and convert to mp4 on the pi.

KIndly provide any suggestion you have to adjust the quality. I tried rate control wirh preset/crf..but they don't work.
