It's just that other types of songs suit Hikki better now. She's a good singer and composer even though she doesn't perform well in high pitched songs

I was at Saitama and this is not what she sounded like- I think its one of the moments the no recording allowed makes perfect sense…no offense intended, but the recording with a phone doesn’t do the sound justice at all - also I felt in Saitama they did not tune up those back up vocals that are from a different time and age of Hikki (regardless of their 2024 remixing name) that mich that it just has to sound off on recordings. This is not searching for excuses but Utada is a damn amazing artist live and sorry those recordings don’t do her justice at all (and let me add here that my own a pretty sh… as well - just not the right equipment to record that)

I think utada hikaru is the few japanese concert that allow for filming with phone? Just curious, because many Japanese singer concert not allow for phone filming is it?

I’m a huge fan, but This wasn’t her best tour. I’m sorry, she sounds terrible 🫣☹️. For starters, she needs to stop singing outside her range, and find her comfort zone.
