Ohioans vote on levies more than any other state in the country. That's according to economist and school funding expert Dr. Howard Fleeter who
joins us on the show today to talk about Ohio's school funding problems.

We'll talk about the fact that even though a lot of homes in the state and Northeast Ohio are being reappraised and property taxes are going up, for some homeowners, significantly, school districts are still having to ask the public for more levies for their schools, leading to what Fleeter calls "levy fatigue."
