I just moved into anther phase of life where now 2 of my last 3 kids moved out 6 months ago, otherwise I would only be watching your "how to organize..." videos. The annual fee here in California for LLC is $800. 😫 I always thought LLC was the way to go but after I met a couple organizers that had sole proprietorship and used business insurance to protect themselves, I wondered if I made the right choice. And my only asset is my car. So I don’t know if I chose right. I mean, I’m married and my husband has assets. Don’t know if that counts when making the decision. But I can’t reverse to sole proprietorship, I believe. Deep down I believe I made the right choice and that my business will profit enough to pay for annual fees.
