(1)- Bonds Vs Debentures:-
(a)- Bonds are the financial instruments issued by Government agencies and also by Private organizations for raising additional fund from the public.
Debentures are issued by private/public companies for raising capital from the investors.
## Bonds are backed by the asset of the issuer whereas debentures are not secured by any of the physical assets or collateral. 
Debentures are issued and purchased only on the creditworthiness and reputation of the issuing party.
** The interest rate of bonds is generally lower than debentures. 
(b)- Debt Vs Equity:-
The debt market is the arena in which investment in loans are bought and sold. There is no single physical exchange for bonds. Transactions are mostly made between brokers or large institutions, or by individual investors.
Equity, also called shares or scripts, is the basic building blocks of a company. A company’s ownership is determined on the basis of its shareholding.
** The BSE Sensex is the most popular index that tracks the movements of shares on a weighted average basis.

(2)- Mutual Funds Vs Venture Capital Vs Angel Investors:-
Venture Capital and Angel Investors both focus on the investment in development and growth of innovative startups and small scale businesses which have a shown a high growth potential.
** One of the major difference between these two are that:-
Venture Capital invests the amount of a firm which has been raised by group of its investors.
But in Angel Investors, the amount for the promotion and growth of Start-up is sustained by an individual who has a high net worth.
Mutual Fund:-
A mutual fund collects money from investors and invests the money, on their behalf, in securities (debt, equity or both).
** Mutual fund sectors are one of the fastest growing sectors in Indian economy that have potential for sustained future growth.
## SEBI is the regulatory body to control and regulate the securities market and mutual funds industry in India.
Investment Infrastructure Trust(Invit) is an example of Mutual Fund.

1)Bonds vs debenture
★Bond
Bonds are the debt security, borrower issue bonds to raise the money from investors willing to lend them money for a certain amount of time.
★Debenture
Debenture is a debt instruments issued by the companies and government to raise the loan.
The major difference between bond and debenture is bonds issued by government and organization with secure of low interest rates where as debenture is companies without secured and high interest rates.


2)Mutual fund vs Venture capital vs angel investors
★Mutual funds
Mutual fund is a company that pools money from many investors and invest the money in securities such as bonds, stocks and short term debt.
★Venture capital
Venture capital is a form of private equity financing that is provided by venture capital firms or funds to startups, early-stage, and emerging companies that have been deemed to have high growth potential or which have demonstrated high growth. 
★Angel investors
Angel investors is a high net worth individual who provides financial backing for small startup and entrepreneurs typically in exchange for ownership equity in the company.
Angel investors may be family friends or relatives to the startup company owner's.


3)Debt vs equity
★Debt
Debt is refer to a person or organisation taking loan with interest rate for fixed period.
★Equity
Equity is a form of partnership in a company.
Equity provide dividend distribution to all his stackholder or partnership.

* Debt & Equity : Debt involves borrowing money to be repaid, plus interest, while Equity involves raising money by selling interests in the company. In this case, we should decide whether you want to pay back a loan or give shareholders stock in your company.

* Bond v/s Debenture : Bonds are common way for companies to borrow money from investors for growth, while a Debenture is a specific type of bond that offers a lenders more security on the loan.

👉A bond is a financial instrument which shows the obligation of the lender towards the borrower. A bond is actually a certificate proofing the contract of indebtedness of the issuing company for the amount that the borrower owes to pay to the bondholders
👉A debenture is another form of debt fund which is generally unsecured in nature. Debentures are not backed by any of the assets of the issuer hence depends only on the faith factors of the investor on the issuer
