During his first primetime address, Pres. Joe Biden called for all adults to be coronavirus vaccine-eligible by May 1 and said America could look forward to small, in-person July 4 celebrations 'if we all do our part' to beat COVID19.

'Finding light in the darkness is a very American thing to do. In fact, it may be the most American thing we do,' Pres. Joe Biden said.
