I got my M50 in December of 2018 and I still love it! I use it more so for how to type videos and not so much vlogging but I'm thinking about it. I just ordered the Sigma 16mm so can't wait to get that guy. Thanks for your videos and honest reviews...

Thanks for confirming what I've already ferreted out, that the Canon M50 a good camera for my wife to do her vlogging. She had been using my Nikon P900 which is a great camera, but a little bulky for vlogging. I like that this Canon has an external microphone jack.

I love my m50! Got the 22mm and Sigma 16mm, along with a vintage konica hexanon UC AR 28mm f1.8 and I love my setup!

Will most likely get the high end M series camera that will be released later in the year as well. For travelling in particular the m50 with the 22mm lens is such a small setup I end up taking it everywhere I go

Hi Bill, you're getting great video quality out of the M50. I'm sure a lot of people have no idea what they're doing, as they're getting far lower quality than you are.

I haven't tried video, but I use an M50 for street photography and even birds in flight and it's a terrific little camera.

I've been bingewatching your videos because i jsut bought a m50(first camera ever) for talking head youtube videos and a little bit of hobby photography.
But i am somewhat frustrated with the quality (video more than picture) which comes straight out of the camera and i've been thinking about returning it for a canon 90d or M6II or Sony 6400.
Your videos show me what the camera actually is capable of and that i just have to find the right settings/lighting/lenses. But i am still thinking i might enjoy others cameras more with a better 'out of the box' image.
And of course there is the big decision about which system i want to buy in and for a beginner this is a really hard one to make. I am leaning towards canon because of the cheap lenses since i can't tell how far i will take this hobby.
Anyways, thanks for the great videos! :D

If you are still having trouble with the nose touching the screen while taking photos I'm not sure if you knew already but you can flip the screen out and turn it so that you can use the touch screen while shooting. I have ordered this camera recently.

I just picked up M50 on sale $499 at Best Buy, now I need adapter for ef/efs lenses or a speed booster! Which one to get first? I have apsc lenses like sigma 18-35 as well as full frame primes and telephoto lenses. Oh boy, what to do😱.

Great video! I have an M50 and am going to invest in the viltrox speedbooster since I already have an older 75-300 ef mount lens. I'm planning on investing in ef mount lenses because in the future I feel like I'll be upgrading to an ef mount camera, or one of the r series if affordable at the time. I was looking at the 24-105 f/4 or the 24-70 f/4 I don't want to go for the 24-70 f2.8 because it's more expensive and doesn't have stabilization which I would prefer for video. Any thoughts between those two?

Don’t do video, but for travel photography it’s a fabulous camera, worth every penny I paid for it. I want the Sigma 16mm though, my resistance is low 😂

Great little camera. Dollar for Dollar... Not a better option with regards to quality, features, size, and lens availability. (Of course with an adapter)
