Palm oil rice also known as Iwuk Edesi by the Efik people is a jollof rice type of dish prepared with smoked fish, crayfish and scent leaves. Unlike Jollof Rice which is prepared with vegetable oil , native rice is cooked with palm oil. It’s very delicious and it’s a great meal to prepare for guests and even your household.
