Well, GER doesn't have much combo potential. Literally is like The World, no combo potential, so I feel like this was needed.

I feel like it’s a well needed change but I don’t think it’s enough, unless we give him more combo potential he’s still going to be very underpowered and won’t be able to preform with the other stands/specs in game. In general I think Ger needs a rework that gives him more potential to get some better combos out and some better stuns.
