Very selfish me is excited short term for this rate cut. Tons of money will be made....however, the logical more professional me see that a cut at these levels is absolutely HORRIBLE. Speeding up the inevitable. 12 month view, yea let's invest heavy and make this money. When we go full unicorn and euphoria sets in you better pull out, or you're gonna get toasted.
