Worst budget... this budget will make the middle class poorer. No understanding of economics.

1... There was historical necessity to announce some schemes like freedom fighters status for Emergency detainees or fighters against draconian Emergency 75-77.
2.. Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific.. Emergency detainees at National level are facing injustice and discrimination at National level...
3... Since Parliament had passed resolution against Emergency.. Hon'ble President in her speech in joint session of parliament said that Emergency imposed on India was unconstitutional, parliament passed resolution against Emergency, Hon'ble Prime minister as well many cabinet ministers reminded the nation that how youth in India during Emergency had to face brutal torture for opposing Emergency for revival and survival of democracy.
4.. Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh, Uttarpradesh, Rajasthan already announced 20 years b4 but in many states even after 49 years detainees are facing hardships and neglected.
5.. we thought one nation one policy for emergency detainees will be announced in budget like freedom fighters at National level.but ok
