I grew up and live in Charleston. It is not how they are making it. Only part of the city is walkable. our infrastructure sucks, traffic is horrible and they are tearing the forest down for apartments everywhere. Everyone wants to live here until they live here. Plus we are sinking and the water level is rising. We will probably be selling our properties here soon.
