Any update on this to run the emulator with android studio on an Azure VM, or any other emulator which will work on an Azure VM with newer android os version for testing.

Amazing way to test with android devices thanks! Really interested if this is also possible for iOS.

Is there no way to "test" the enrollment process of a new device by scanning a QR code during the initial device setup phase?
Or are you always dropped on the home screen?

We cannot test Kiosk device with AVD. Any alternative for this?

Sideloading Apps on Android does not make your device rooted, and is usually not required
Sideloading/Flashing ROMs - now that often means you need to root it

What about the Enterprise Enrollment Features with Camera on the Start Screen. Is it possible?

Just wanted to let anyone know that installing it on a VM does work, but you can't run Android devices: VT not supported.

Has anyone managed to reset a device to factory to test a proper corporate owned setup from scratch? Nothing happens when I try to use the "erase all data" button, eveyrthing else works fine. So I guess there is no way to simulate a OOBE phone experience?
