Buying this car is almost impossible. Dealers in Delhi are hoarding the base variants and forcing the customers to install accessories of worth INR 1-1.5 lakhs to get the delivery of the car. I booked creta on the 2nd Jan 2024, the day when Hyundai officially announced to accept the bookings but I have still not received the car since I refused to buy the accessories. I have been using Hyundai I10 since past 12 years, got all the services done from the company service centre and this is the treatment your loyal customers are facing from the dealerships.

I think unfortunately this time I will have to go for some other car of some other brand.
