What's up with the people who are saying that the visuals have been downgraded on the PS4 and all? I myself play jc3 on the PS4 and while the graphics can be great at times, the rain and lighting looks very bad. And the performance too is very very bad..jc4 looks insane! Those beautiful HDR lighting effects, combined with spot of foliage and all!
