At first I was having trouble taking the screenshot but if you hold the buttons for too long it wont take the screenshot, you literally click the volume down and the power button for the shortest time you can. Hopefully this comment helps a few people.

How did you get the tool bar to show up at the bottom of the screen? Mine is only showing up in the notification panel. Its so annoying! Running android 10 on my galaxy a11. Panama. Version. Mine also doesn't have a screen recording option like yours does
